ACG Gathering Schedule of Events

Tenth Annual Argus Collector's Group Gathering
(Tentative Schedule - subject to change)

FRIDAY May 13th, 2011
Beginning at 10am and throughout the day we will be gathering and setting up displays.
SPECIAL NEW EVENT----Unique Everette Kuntz photographs using an Argus AF camera  from 1939-1942 in Ridgeway Iowa will be displayed at the nearby Eden Public Library beginning May 2 and attendees are encouraged to visit it during your weekend stay. Open 9-6 Friday and 9-4 Saturday.  Curated by Pam Buckley and Mike Retisma.

6:00 pm Get to know each other period and preperations for dinner.
6:30 pm Dinner (Pizza Hut across from Hampton Inn)
8:00 pm - 9:30 Special Presentations:  Presenters to be announced
Finish out the evening with general bull session as long as needed.


SATURDAY May 14th, 2011
8:30-9:00 am Coffee and Doughnuts
9:00-11:00 am Walk-Through of Displays and Workshop Presentations:  To be announced
11:00 am - 2:00 pm Photo Op at Eden Ribfest at nearby Freedom Park.  Lunch on your own at vendors.
2:30-5:30 pm Additional Workshops and Presentations, Walkthrough of Displays
6:00 pm City of Eden Sponsored Reception in the Econo Lodge Events Room (Conveniently across the street from both Hampton and Jameson Inns)
7:15 pm Dinner and Awards Banquet at Wray Reception Center
    --Including display awards and contest judging/awards
    --Displays may be removed from City Hall following dinner


SUNDAY May 15th, 2011
9:00 am Breakfast at Chaney's for anyone staying over.
